The Ehsaas Disabled Person Program is part of Pakistan’s Ehsaas initiative, launched by Prime Minister Imran Khan to support around 70 million needy people across the country. Under this program, disabled individuals receive Rs. 2,000 per month, and bank accounts were opened for them in December 2022 to help manage these funds. This initiative aims to improve the lives of special people in Pakistan by supporting their monthly expenses.
On 2 December 2020, the Government of Pakistan introduced additional benefits through the Ehsaas Kafalat Program on Special Persons Day. This program provides monthly scholarships to disabled individuals, helping them meet their daily needs and lead a more comfortable and independent life.

This Ehsaas program is a great initiative for special Persons. Through which disabled people can be benefited by giving special allowances and privileges.
In fact, Ehsaas Program and Beneezir Income Support Program (BISP) are one and the same. Only their name has been changed. Earlier the BISP program was run, later a program called Ehsaas program was created to help the needy.
Kafalat Program For Disabled Persons 2026
The poverty rate in Pakistan has been rising due to increasing inflation, and currently around 70 million families are automatically eligible for the Ehsaas Kafalat program without needing a survey.
Natural disasters, such as floods, have worsened the situation, leaving many people without homes or livelihoods and further increasing poverty and inflation. This program provides financial assistance to eligible families, but registration and verification are required first. Beneficiaries can receive their funds through HBL Bank or any nearby 8171 centers after completing biometric verification.
How to Register for the Ehsaas Program for Disabled Persons

Application Process for Disabled Person Registration
- Biometric Verification: The applicant must first complete NADRA biometric verification and be officially recognized as a disabled person in the NADRA database.
- Submit Application Form: Once verified, the application form can be submitted online, providing necessary personal information. This ensures the applicant becomes eligible to receive benefits under the program.

To register for the Ehsaas Disabled Person Program, follow these steps carefully to ensure your application is processed successfully.
Online Registration
- Visit the official Ehsaas website to access the registration form for people with sensory disabilities.
- Fill in your personal information:
- Name of the disabled person
- Father’s or mother’s name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Contact number
- 13-digit CNIC number
- Current address as per CNIC
- Province and district
- After entering all the required details, submit your form online.
Registration Through NSER
If a person has already been included in the NSER survey for special persons, they may be automatically eligible for the Ehsaas Disabled Person Program. Ensure your CNIC is verified to confirm your inclusion.
Registration Through Punjab Baitul Mal
If you cannot register online or through NSER, you can register via Punjab Baitul Mal:
- Download and print the registration form from their website.
- Fill in your personal information, including:
- Name
- Full address
- Type of disability
- CNIC number
- Attach a photograph of yourself.
- Sign or place your thumb impression on the form.
- Submit the completed form to Punjab Baitul Mal.
Once processed, your card will be issued, allowing you to receive up to Rs. 2,000 per month under the Ehsaas Disabled Person Program.
